Bio:
My connections from my time at Oxford and Cambridge have been very influential in helping me progress in my career. I have often wished that ties to Oxy could be as supportive. I'd like to help help forge that moving forward-- especially for students interested in pursuing graduate study in politics/philosophy/ IR or students interested in media/ podcasting.
Career Advice:
When you're just starting out, it's important not to put too much stock in the rejections you might receive. If you really want to work in a particular field, there's always another path you can try to get you there. I've received far more rejections than I have acceptances. I think a great deal of what I define as success in my own life has so far come from refusing to take no as an answer.
