Bio:
I'm a Midwest girl from Wisconsin who just recently found herself back in the Midwest (Chicago) for the first time in 7 years! Before landing here, I spent 3 lovely post-grad years in LA soaking up as much sun as possible and enjoying the SoCal life with my college besties. Ever since graduation I have worked in Advertising Sales. I started out at AMC Networks before landing a job at Hulu. I've been at Hulu for just under 2 years now and love it! When I'm not working, I am usually binging a new (or sometimes old) TV show, reading, or hanging out with my sister.
Career Advice:
Be yourself! I think some of the best advice I ever received that I wish I knew going into the workforce was that it's okay (and actually preferred!) to be 100% true to yourself in the workplace. Try not to tone down your personality to fit into a professional space. You will find your people/company/industry much more quickly this way, and you will have greater success in the long run by being genuine and open.
