Bio:

I'm Class of 2016, living in Washington, DC, but I'm originally from Los Angeles. I'm working at USAID, currently on the international religious freedom portfolio. Previously, I worked in a non profit promoting democracy in Latin America. During my free time, I like to go on long bike rides, play soccer, play video games, and cook. I'm also fostering rescue dogs for a local shelter.

Career Advice:

Take leaps of faith in your 20s after college--it's a time for exploration. Work hard, be humble, and don't expect things to be served to you. Your first job may or may not be the best job--that's okay--that's how lessons are learned. Work isn't everything--take time to be healthy (physically and mentally) outside the office with things/people you enjoy and new hobbies.
