Bio:
I'm a Los Angeles native, and a proud Oxy Grad. I've been in the field of children and families for 20+ years. I've been at First 5 LA for 15 + years. I believe that supporting young children can go a long was in making a better society, and have spent my career amplifying that message.
Career Advice:
Workplaces are more than just output - it's how you present yourself and network with your colleagues and superiors. Being liked is important in an office, and confidence and charisma can go a long way in making your work stand out.
