My name is Ilana and I graduated with a degree in Psychology as a member of the Class of 2017. As part of the Oxy community, I participated in Greek life and served as a Co-President on the Dance Production e-board. I currently work in the healthcare and insurance industry as a Benefits Consultant. I am passionate about helping others grow in their careers and being a mentor to those who need one. Looking forward to getting to know this network of fellow Oxy folks!
Career Advice:
When thinking about your next (or first) career step, try to find something that combines your passion, your mission, and your skill set. Keep an open mind and remember that the actual day-to-day duties of a job have a big impact on your experience in it. Lastly, do not be afraid to leverage your network. The more people you're able to connect with, the more opportunities you will discover!
